Full garage construction from concrete slab to finished shingles. A complete 4-week build in Midtown Wilmington.
This homeowner in Midtown Wilmington needed a detached garage for covered parking and a personal workshop space. The existing property had no garage, and the homeowner wanted a structure that matched the look and feel of the main house while standing up to Eastern North Carolina weather.
We handled every phase of the build from the ground up. The project started with site preparation and a reinforced concrete slab foundation, poured to support the 24x24 footprint. From there, the framing went up, followed by housewrap, sheathing, and a full shingle roof system with a ridge vent for proper attic ventilation.
The exterior was finished with HardiePlank fiber cement siding, chosen for its durability and resistance to moisture and pests. All trim was installed, caulked, and painted to match the main house. The garage door, windows, and a side entry door were fitted and sealed. Inside, full electrical was run to support lighting, outlets, and dedicated circuits for workshop tools.
The entire build took four weeks from slab pour to final inspection. The homeowner now has a fully functional, weather-tight garage that adds real value to the property and gives them the workshop they wanted.
Garages, workshops, additions. We handle new construction from foundation to finish.
