Coastal Craftsman - Full Roof System

This premium home in the Landfall community needed more than just new shingles. The homeowner had been dealing with poor ventilation causing attic moisture issues, leading to mold concerns and premature deterioration of the existing roof deck.

We installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles with StainGuard Plus technology, which prevents black algae streaks common in the humid Carolina climate. The full scope included tear-off, new synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield in all valleys, and new step flashing at every wall junction.

New 6-inch seamless gutters replaced the undersized originals, and we performed a complete soffit ventilation upgrade to resolve the moisture problem at its source. Proper intake ventilation paired with ridge venting now keeps the attic cool and dry year-round.

The entire project was completed in 3 days with full property protection and daily cleanup. The homeowner was thrilled with both the speed of installation and the finished result.
