Hurricane Recovery - Roof + Siding

When the storm hit, this Leland homeowner had significant wind and water damage across the entire front elevation. Shingles were torn off in large sections, and driving rain had penetrated the exposed decking, causing water damage to the interior ceiling and walls.

We had emergency tarps in place within 24 hours of the storm passing. This stopped further water intrusion while the homeowner worked through their insurance claim process. We documented all damage with photos and detailed measurements to support the claim.

Once the insurance approval came through, we completed a full roof replacement with new synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, and architectural shingles rated for the coastal climate. The front elevation siding was stripped, new house wrap installed, and matching siding put up to restore the home to its original condition.

We handled all coordination with the insurance adjuster from the initial assessment through final payment. The total project, from emergency tarping to final inspection, was completed in 3 weeks.
