Tara Court Condominiums - Full Roof & Siding
Tara Court Condominiums is a multi-building residential complex in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. After years of wear from coastal weather, the HOA board decided it was time for a complete roof overhaul along with full siding restoration across every building in the complex.
The scope of this project required careful coordination with the HOA management team and the residents. We developed a phased installation schedule that moved building by building, keeping disruption to a minimum while maintaining a clean, safe work environment for everyone living on site.
Each building received a full tear-off, decking inspection and repair where needed, new synthetic underlayment, and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. All flashing was replaced at penetrations, valleys, and transitions. The siding restoration included removal of damaged panels, housewrap repair, and fresh siding installation with color-matched materials.
The project spanned three weeks from start to finish. Every phase was completed on schedule, and the final walkthrough with the HOA board confirmed full satisfaction across all buildings. This is one of the largest residential projects we have completed in the Wilmington area.
